Deze tentoonstelling laat zien hoe schokkend en sensationeel het werk van de impressionisten was in hun tijd en hoe zij anderen inspireerden. Ook met werk van voorgangers, traditionele tijdgenoten en navolgers.

 

Sensation and inspiration

This exhibition shows how shocking and sensational the work of the impressionists was in their time and how they inspired other artists. Also at show is the work of predecessors, more traditional contemporaries and successors.
